Can we talk this over?

We’re sorry you’d like to cancel your subscription. Please do get in touch and let us know why you’re cancelling. We’d love to know so that we can improve.


If you still have FDBK installed

If you still have FDBK installed, tap the menu icon in the top-left, and go to:

Settings -> Manage Subscription

Follow the prompts and FDBK will take you to the relevant app store account automatically where you can cancel your FDBK subscription.


If you used FDBK on an iPhone

If you’re accessing this page from an Apple device (eg. iPhone / Mac)

Go to your subscriptions on your Apple account using this link.

Then, find the subscription for FDBK, select it, and then select ‘Cancel Subscription’.


If you’re accessing this page from a non-Apple device (eg. a Windows PC)

Use this link and follow the instructions from Apple to cancel your subscription from a non-Apple device.


If you used FDBK on an Android device

Go to your subscriptions on your Google Play account using this link.

Then, find the subscription for FDBK, select it, and then select ‘Cancel Subscription’.
